My Mindful Mindset

I am an 80's baby and what some might categorize as 'an older millennial' which, I am 100% fine with. As the big 4-0 approaches, I find that I am really enjoying these years in my life, and am grateful for all the years to come, should I be so lucky. While I am actually quite a private person, putting myself out on social media a little bit has been really fun. I have also learned so much! My current path and focus is figuring out how to shore up socials to monetize where I can and to use this website to share. There is so much out there to learn and do, but I am taking things slow to make sure I am filtering out 'the bad' and educating myself on the goods that will teach me how to get to where I am going.
