what's cooking?

A big part of who I am at my core, is a food banker that is hyper aware of the food insecurity that many face. In my 9-5 gig (which I love BTW) I am lucky enough to source and distribute fresh and healthy foods to those who need it most. That core value is carried on into my own home as I cook with what I have, even if it is not 100% pristine. I plan for my family meals and I do the best I can to reduce food waste. On top of all of that, I just love to cook! It's not a burden to me, I have fun with it, you will see that a lot in my socials! See below for what I have been cooking up lately!
