I am a woman on a journey and mission! My name is Angela,I work at a local non-profit food bank in my 9-5 job and am now tapping into the world of social media to share my passions while achieving personal life goals along the way.

My own personal journey to better physical health has unexpectedly led me to a path of stronger mental and emotional health as well. These all go hand-in-hand and I am so grateful that I am committing to myself and my journey in this way.

The dream. To take care of my body now, so that it will take care of me in the many years ahead. To create experiences with my young family and to be able to financially support us through all of these economic ups and downs. This very website is step one for me on this path.

There are three things I know for certain. I love to cook, my job in food banking drives me to cook with what I have at home and how to plan for those meals, and that I have a 5 year old who is bottomless and needs to eat! You will find lots of cooking content on my socials because that is where I feel the most comfortable and love to share!

My son keeps our family busy. From soccer, to baseball, to weekend play dates, School events and everything in between! I have learned a lot along the way and plan to share those tips-and-tricks as well as fun gadgets here and in my shop!
